Blind is a Czech Pils and tells a story similar to Brusca’s but also very different. As the name suggests, it’s inspired by the traditional Pils brewed in the Czech Republic. The similarity lies in the remarkable and elegant hopping, while the key difference is in the mash production by decoction. This results in a prominent malt character that perfectly balances the abundant hop bitterness.
The outcome is a wonderful, intense, and aromatic beer with two souls made to be together: malty and hoppy = the perfect marriage.
