THE DISTRIBUTION

What makes us unique in the Italian brewing scene, beyond producing fantastic beers, is our distribution.

To maintain the highest level of quality and freshness of our beloved beers, we insist that they are handled throughout their entire lifecycle as if they were in their ideal habitat — inside the maturation tank in our cellar.

Every step from the maturation tank to the final customer is carefully controlled with regard to pressure and temperature.

In practice, the beers are kegged and bottled under counterpressure only for the quantity ordered by customers for the week (meaning maximum possible freshness). They are delivered directly by us or by specialized partners.

In 95% of cases, the beers reach the customer just a few hours after leaving the tank, throughout all regions of Italy.

If we use external carriers, they are strictly refrigerated-certified, guaranteeing delivery within 48 hours. We do not work with distributors who store the beer in their warehouses.

Our distribution is exclusively direct.

Our customers must equip themselves with a refrigerated draft system or a dedicated refrigerated display case for our bottles, both for storage and sales. This draft system allows us to carry our philosophy all the way to the final consumer.

No temperature fluctuations and proper counterpressure ensure that the beer tastes as if it were poured directly from the maturation tank.

Quality control is done by holding a freshly poured beer up to the light. If we see happy and lively particles, we have achieved our goal: making those who drink it happy.

Our retailer customers receive the merchandise very fresh directly from the Brewery at a controlled temperature.

The temperature around 1 to 2 degrees Celsius is the same at which our beers are kept inside the maturation tank in our cellar.
